RMA Refund
An RMA refund is a request for a refund of the purchase price. Merchandise purchased from WEBNET-SOLUTIONS.CA may be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date for a refund unless otherwise indicated.

If the product you wish to return is defective, you may only request an RMA repair.

*Opened and used products are subject to a 15% restocking fee minimum. WEBNET-SOLUTIONS.CA reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees for any special circumstances, such as missing packing materials, damaged packaging, etc.

RMA Replacement
Most of our products, unless otherwise specified, are covered by 30 days standard replacement warranty by WEBNET-SOLUTIONS.CA from the original invoice date. Additional warranty coverage is offered exclusively by the manufacturer.

Please note that all packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and/or documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer, for your return to be processed.

Software or Consumable Products
WEBNET-SOLUTIONS.CA does not offer warranty on any software or consumable products (toner, ink cartridges, blank CD/DVDs etc).

Computer Systems
All systems usually take 2 business days to assemble. There is no extra labour charge.

Systems Warranty
All systems are protected by a standard One Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase. The standard one year limited warranty includes One year Parts and Labor and One year technical support via telephone and email.

Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at WEBNET-SOLUTIONS.CA will effectively void our Warranty coverage.
